Hi! I’m Lauren Leone, the owner and founder of Elevated Stride Equine BodyWorking. I have been riding and actively in the horse world since I was 8. For the past ten years, I have known that my passion was horses and that a career in the horse world is what I wanted to do as a living. In the past five years, I have had a lot of trial and error with careers, teaching lessons, training horses, and vet school. All of them sparked an interest, but they weren’t my passion, so I continued searching for a job I was passionate about. As it turns out, bodyworking is my passion.

For the two years, I have been putting a lot of time and work into studying the muscles and anatomy of the horse and taking Beverly Bradley’s ‘Midwest Natural Healing for Animals’ online and hands-on class. I was very passionate during the learning stages of my course; however, that passion grew even stronger once I took the hands-on portion of the class. During my time down in Indiana with Beverly, I realized that this is precisely where I am supposed to be and what I am supposed to do with my life.

I have gotten my certification and am ready to take on client horses. My prices currently reflect the fact that my business is newer; however, my business being more recent does not affect the efficiency of my work.
